Island Sportique has been involved in many of the local team sports based in Providenciales, and the Turks & Caicos. Island Sportique recognized many of the tradition caribbean based team sports, and supports the local clubs such as the Turks & Caicos Football Association, commonly referred to as soccer in North America. The TCIFA is also active with all the local schools and supports both junior and adult teams. Join the beach soccer league, or sitback and watch from Flamingo's Bar & Grill on Grace Bay Beach
The Turks & Caicos Tennis Federation is developing a world class tennis center and is an ITF member and governing body for tennis in the Turks & Caicos Islands. In 2010 the TCITF members traveled to Middle and North Caicos to introduce Tennis 10's a program to introduce the sport to children as young as 8yrs old. There are two tournament courts and two regular play courts which are open to the visiting public and TCI residents alike.
The Turks & Caicos Rugby Federation is also an exciting and active member of our caribbean sports club. Many of the clubs mentioned here are leaving a permanent mark on the Turks & Caicos Islands. The Rugby Club for example has just completed it's permanent pitch, for use by generations to come.
The Provo Golf Club features an 18 hole caribbean dream course. With a luxury Club house, and various high featured tournaments we invite you to join the fun!
An of course, what is a caribbean sport when you don't even get wet? Providenciales is home to the Eco Sea Swim, a competitive open water race held every April. The Turks & Caicos Islands also feature the Alexandra Park network. These are 'underwater' parks where motor craft are banned and snorkeling and swimming is safe and exciting.
